Guests of our Mountain Gem Suites are privileged with views of nature in its purest state. Each morning begins with a spectacle of bird and wildlife activity that changes and evolves throughout the day.
These four suites are named after Monteverde’s prolific Mountain Gem hummingbirds, among the largest and most brilliantly hued of the region’s smallest winged inhabitants. These dazzling birds are known for their spirited antics and melodic duets during mating season.
Spacious and thoughtfully positioned for privacy, each suite offers rewarding forest views. Enjoy comfortable pillowtop mattresses, plush cushions, and fine imported linens. Bright, oversized bathrooms feature solar-heated rain showers, naturally sourced bath amenities, and soft bathrobes.
Each suite also includes an elegantly appointed interior space that opens onto a wide, covered terrace, perfect for relaxing while immersed in the sights and sounds of the surrounding forest.
